These are just a few snapshots from our first trip on the Camino de Santiago. We began our pilgrimage in Valenca, Portugal walking northward till we reached the Spiritual Route that veered off towards the coast in the region of Galicia, Spain. Reaching the ocean shores it was then onward with a guided history boat ride to Pontecesures then the last of the miles into Santiago de Compostela to receive our official document that we indeed walked the miles. The last of the days in Santiago we were incredibly blessed with a personal guided tour of the Cathedral - what a stunning journey, to say the least.
